Power for the Quest minivan is generated by the VQ35DE 3.5L V6 engine. The engine incorporates a twin Nissan Variable Induction Control System (NICS), micro-finished camshaft and crankshaft surfaces, reduced internal friction, resin intake manifold, forged crankshaft, digital knock control system, high capacity muffler and lightweight aluminum block and cylinder heads.
