Dishonest dealer
Made an appointment and went to see the vehicle with a cashiers check in hand, ready to purchase. Was told that the car was washed and ready to go. I went to the dealer, first national autos in bellevue, and was in complete shock with the overall experience. Straight to the point: (1) asked for the car fax and had to ask 3 times before receiving it (2) asked how many owners and if there were accidents reported and was told "no. No accidents, 1 owner". It had 3 owners and 3 severe front damage accidents that disabled the car / this will make it hard to sell at a later date (3) there were a number of deep scratches, easily visible structural abnormalities, cracks in the windshield, etc (4) the interior of the car was FILTHY .. Stains on the seat belts, stained leather, sticky sunroof controls, gas pump wouldn't open, etc. (5) sticker on the car window said "2013" when its a 2014 maxima (6) the dealer was basically ignoring critiques and questions and just kept repeating "let me know when you want to test drive it" ... They tried offering to buff scratches and detail the car but at this point trust was gone . Be careful with this company - they've very dishonest .
