They really need to learn some common courtesy. We kept them up to the minute on how close we were.
we told them we were on are way and coming all the way across town. We wanted to purchase the van ( they new we needed a special van that could accommodate our son who uses a wheelchair but got there 10 min. LATE. They simply sold it right out from under are noses and they had are cell phone number to call us and let us know it had just been sold! Not good business practice. Truly very rude. Would not recommend a dealership . They simply cared more about the all mighty dollar then helping families.
